Being organic is a path, as well as an ethical choice that respects the environment, animals and the final consumer. SetteLune has always pursued this path with determination and a lot of passion. ​ Our vineyards and our land are not perfect. Observing, despite our efforts, you will be able to see some weeds here and there but also poppies, "ciocabecchi" and many other plants that live only in clean and chemically untreated soil. And with them, with these plants, you will see bees and a multitude of insects traveling from one flower to another. ​

 

It's not about romance but about a balance that we've managed to achieve, and of which we're happy and even a little proud. ​

 

By the way: the "ciocabecchi"" are the inflorescences of a plant, the Tragopogon Pratensis, they are sweet and as children, when there was little to eat, we went looking for them to eat.
