Our oil is produced in small quantities in the Maremma of northern Lazio, more precisely in the locality of Canino. ​​

 

It is a product that is obtained from handmade processes, starting from the olives obtained from our olive groves. The Canino variety of olives, combined with the peculiarities of the territory, give our oil a strong and spicy character, with an aromatic and characteristic scent.

The early harvest of the olives, done by hand, guarantees an intense green colour, rich in chlorophyll and polyphenols.

 

A real health "bomb" as well as a precious ingredient of Mediterranean cuisine!
